Step 2: Consultation 

After you have contacted us, a Franco Landscaping Inc. representative will be happy to provide you with a free consultation. Our FREE Landscape Consultation is typically sufficient for all of our Landscape Maintenance and Lawn Care Service Plans.  The consultation usually involves a site visit to view, measure, and evaluate the scope of work. Our representative will listen to your wants and needs and then recommend a practical and economical solution based on your desires.

 

Step 3: Design

Most landscape installation projects require design work. Franco Landscaping Inc. has a team of experienced designers who build professional computer drawings of your property. These drawings detail your property’s permanent structures, proposed walls and/or walkways, and proposed placement of trees, shrubs and flowers.

 

Step 4: Estimate

After the consultation, Franco Landscaping Inc. will provide an estimate detailing costs and services. We offer two types of estimates: 

  • Contractual-type estimates that cover lawn and landscape maintenance services on an annual basis
  • Proposal-type estimates that cover a one-time landscape installation, purchase, or other special landscape service.

 

Step 5: Scheduling of Work

Upon your acceptance of the landscape plan, Franco Landscaping will schedule your project start date. Jobs are scheduled as they are accepted; therefore it is important to accept estimates and contracts as soon as possible so the work can be appropriately scheduled to accommodate your needs and desires. (Due to variable weather conditions and availability of plant materials, all scheduled dates are tentative.)

 

Step 6: Installation

We pay special attention to detail when we install our landscape projects. We believe in a simple job policy, “do the job right the first time.”

 

Step 7: Completion of Work 

We at Franco Landscaping Inc. have built our reputation on providing all our clients with the highest possible quality of lawn & landscape service. Our work is not finished until you are completely satisfied.

 

Step 8: Billing 

All efforts are made to provide accurate and detailed billing. Billing is done on a per job basis or per month basis, depending on the type of service contracted.
